The 2024 World Tunnel Congress (WTC), hosted by the International Tunneling and Underground Space Association (ITA) and organized by the Chinese Society of Civil Engineering, was held from April 19 to 25, 2024, at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. This congress is the largest and most authoritative event in the global tunnel and underground engineering industry. The exhibition scale was the largest in history, with hundreds of leading companies from around the world participating. Our company was honored to take part in this industry event. The opening ceremony of this grand industry event kicked off at 8:30 AM on April 22. Distinguished guests, including representatives from the United Nations, leaders from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, local government officials, the President of the International Tunneling and Underground Space Association, and the Chairman of the Chinese Society of Civil Engineering, delivered speeches at the ceremony. Following the opening, experts and scholars took the stage for a roundtable forum on the theme "Challenges and Pathways for the Future Development of Tunnel Technology."

Weibang Machinery’s exhibition booth was located at Hall 17, D10. Our company showcased models of tunnel equipment, tunnel secondary lining welding equipment, and steel structure welding and cutting equipment. The booth was bustling with visitors, with industry elites flocking to the venue, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere. The crowd in front of our booth was dense and continuous, like a river converging. The sound of conversations and negotiations filled the air, as sparks of cooperation and business ideas flew.
